At Luminous Designs, we love bringing your unique visions to life! Whether you’re looking for a one-of-a-kind festival outfit, a special piece for an event, or something that reflects your personal style, we’re here to make it happen!
Here’s how the custom order process works:
1. Get in Touch
To start your custom design journey, simply reach out to us with your ideas! You can send us an email or use the contact form to give us an overview of what you have in mind—whether it's a specific fabric, color scheme, or design elements you want to incorporate.
2. Design Consultation
Once we receive your request, we’ll have a one-on-one consultation to discuss the details of your custom piece. This can include sketches, fabric options, and design adjustments to ensure we create something perfect for you.
3. Quote & Timeline
After finalizing the design, we’ll provide you with a quote and an estimated timeline for completing your custom piece. Please note that all custom orders are made to order, so allow time for creation. If specific materials need to be sourced, this may extend the timeline, but we’ll keep you informed every step of the way. We host a $25 drafting fee for new creations.
4. Approval, Payment, & Creation
Once you approve the design and quote, we’ll create a private link on our website, which we will send to you for easy payment processing. The link will include the appropriate shipping charges. If you prefer to pick up your order, we’ll remove the shipping charge from your custom link. Once the payment is processed, we’ll begin crafting your custom outfit!
5. Delivery
Once your custom design is complete, we’ll ship it to you using our standard flat rate shipping, with delivery times based on Canada Post's services. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order if you’re nearby!
Important Notes:
- Custom designs require additional time for creation, so please order well in advance of your desired delivery date, especially for festivals or events.
